Ingredients :

Coconut newly grated 1 cup of white almonds
Grinded 1/2 cup of sugar (fine) 1 cup 1/3 cup Desi ghee

Procedure to make:

Add ghee and add a coconut and almond combination in a non-bonding pot over low medium heat. Mix well and stir until the shape of the mixture is sticky or scorched until it starts to get out of the bowl’s sides, luminous as a mass. Sugar add and fold thoroughly. Add sugar.
Top up and keep ghee on a baker’s sheet.
Cut down the heat to low and stir until the residue that hangs on the sides of the pot looks opaque and dry for a few minutes. This signifies the consistency is almost ready for solidification.
Take it off on the grated plate/plate. Put the dough into a nice cart with a greased rolling pin, thick at 1/4 inch, with the lubricated hands. If necessary, smooth the surface.
As it has partially cooled, cut with a knife into equal places. When cool (approximately 1 hour), remove the burfis with a flat spatula and store in a container that is airtight
